Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Sewa dan Pemeliharaan Alat Berat Berbasis Web yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di PT Subur Sedaya Maju Kota Prabumulih berupa proses sewa alat berat dan pemeliharaan alat berat. Solusi dari masalah tersebut ialah PT Subur Sedaya Maju membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu mempermudah proses penyewaan alat berat dan membantu mekanik dalam melakukan pengecekan kondisi alat berat sebelum dan sesudah dioperasikan. Adapun manfaat aplikasi ini yaitu mempermudah admin mengelola data penyewaan, mempermudah penyewa melakukan transaksi penyewaan, mempermudah mekanik dalam mengelola data pemeliharaan alat berat dan mempermudah direktur dalam melihat data dan mencetak laporan penyewaan ataupun laporan pemeliharaan alat berat. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah Aplikasi Sewa dan Pemeliharaan Alat Berat Berbasis Web pada PT Subur Sedaya Maju Prabumulih ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database, yang dapat diakses oleh Admin, Penyewa, Mekanik dan Direktur.
