Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi pengolahan data pelayanan masyarakat berbasis website yang meliputi pengolahan data pelayanan masyarakat di Kantor Camat Kecamatan Tanah Abang Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. Metode pengembangan system yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi berbasis website ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram, Flowchart, Blockchart, Entitay Relationship Diagram, dan Kamus Data. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Sistem ini memiliki tiga tipe pengguna diantaranya Admin staf pelayanan, Pemohon dan Camat dimana ketiganya memiliki hak akses masing-masing. Dengan adanya perancangan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja Kantor Camat Kecamatan Tanah Abang Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir.
