Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi E-logistik pada Unit Kelompok Sub-Substansi Rumah Tangga RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palemmbang Berbasis Web Menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter yang meliputi data petugas operator, data suplier, data unit kerja, data barang dan kategori, data penerimaan barang, datadistribusi barang dan melihat data laporan seperti penerimaan harian, penerimaan suplier, penerimaan periode, distribusi ruangan, item barang inventaris, kartu stock history oleh Admin. Sedangkan Pimpinan hanya bisa input data petugas operator dan melihat data laporan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode Waterfall. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain system ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan Framework Codeigniter, bahasa pemograman PHP serta database MySQL. Sistem ini terbagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu form untuk Admin dan form untuk Pimpinan. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam pendataan penerimaan dan pengelolaan distribusi barang.
