Abstract

Klinik Opina merupakan sebuah klinik Kesehatan umum dan gigi yang terlektak di Kota Palembang. Klinik Opina ini sudah berdiri kurang lebih 16 tahun lamanya, namun masih melakukan pencatatan sederhana terhadap transaksi sehari-hari dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk membantu serta mempermudah Klinik Opina dalam melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan fungsi Visual Basic For Application (VBA) Macro Excel pada Microsoft Excel. Aplikasi yang dirancang untuk Klinik Opina ini dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari Klinik Opina sendiri yang didapatkan berdasarkan wawancara, observasi, kajian pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Dalam laporan akhir ini, aplikasi penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis Microsoft Macro Excel dengan Visual Basic For Application (VBA) dirancang dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya berupa penyusunan neraca awal, penyusunan jurnal umum, buku besar, jurnal penyesuaian, neraca lajur, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal, laporan neraca, jurnal penutup, buku besar setelah penutup, dan neraca saldo setelah penutup. Hasil yang diperoleh dari aplikasi yang dibuat pada laporan akhir ini sudah terotomatisasi di Klinik Opina, sehingga mempermudah Klinik Opina untuk menyusun laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi.
