Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan koperasi pegawai Departemen Koperasi Kota Madya tahun 2020-2022 berdasarkan Peraturan Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kemeterian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia No.06/per/Dep.06/2016. Data yang diperoleh adalah data laporan keuangan berupa neraca dan laporan hasil usaha. Penilaian tingkat kesehatan ini dinilai dari aspek keuangan menggunakan 7 indikator yaitu permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, manajemen, efisiensi, likuiditas, kemandirian, dan pertumbuhan serta jati diri koperasi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan selama tahun 2020-2022 Departemen Koperasi Kota Madya Palembang mendapatkan predikat cukup sehat dengan range 67,70-70,30. Dengan ini diharapkan agar Departemen Koperasi Kota Madya agar dapat memperhatikan kebijakan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya serta meningkatkan pelayanan kepada anggota, sehingga lebih berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan koperasi.
