Abstract

Penelitan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dalam menentukan harga jual kopi bubuk pada CV Daniel Putra dan mengetahui peranan biaya produksi dalam menetapkan harga jual pada CV Daniel Putra. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk objek yang dibahas yaitu perhitungan harga pokok produksi berdasarkan perusahaan dengan perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode full costing dan perhitungan harga jual perusahaan dengan perhitungan harga jual menurut metode full costing. Pada perhitungan harga pokok produksi menurut perusahaan sebesar Rp28.821/kg sedangkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi menurut metode full costing yaitu sebesar Rp31.699/kg. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode full costing tentu akan lebih menguntungkan bagi pihak perusahaan karena membebankan semua biaya yang mempengaruhi proses produksi, sehingga menghasilkan harga pokok produksi yang lebih akurat. Begitu juga perhitungan harga jual perusahaan dan perhitungan harga jual menurut metode full costing. Dari hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa harga jual pada bulan Januari 2022, menurut metode perhitungan perusahaan yaitu sebesar Rp40.350/kg sedangkan perhitungan menurut metode full costing adalah sebesar Rp44.378/kg, dengan perhitungan laba yang diinginkan sebesar 40%. Dengan demikian harga jual kopi akan lebih tinggi jika menggunakan metode full costing, pada perhitungan yaitu metode full costing menghitung seluruh biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam proses produksi kopi.
