Abstract
Title of this report is the plan of Building Structure of Office and Classrooms of SMP N 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Riau. The Large of the building is 27 m x 9,28 m. The purpose of this final report is to plan a building as an office and classrooms and using as minimal as possible cost to get a good quality. The plan of this structure based on some books, Tata cara Peraturan Pembebanan Indonesia untuk Gedung 1983, Tata cara Perencanaan Struktur Beton Bertulang untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 03-2847-2002), Tata cara Perancanaan Struktur Beton Bertulang, written by Istimawan Diphohusodo and Tabel Perhitungan by Gideon. The final result from this building plan is using construction of steel structure for the roof, concrete structure for floor plat 12 cm thickness, beam dimension (25 x 40 )cm, (20 x 30)cm, (25x50)cm, column dimension (25x40), tie beam dimension (25x40) and then we use minipile foundation dimension (25 x 25) cm, with a depth of 10 m.
