Abstract
Maintenance and repair of fried food oil separator machines with rotary force in the control system by the time timbunya aims to prevent damage and repair parts of damaged components, this separator mengguna work by centrifugal force so that the oil is still contained in a separate frying-hole memalui small hole diwadah separator. This tool can be used in fried foods business and housewives, because the cost of the tool makers are quite affordable so that all people can use it and shape of the tool is very simple, so easy to be moved and stored.
