Abstract
The main goal of the design prototype manual forklift with a lifting capacity of 200 kg is to assist the process of removal tools and spare parts maintenance and repair workshop with human strength. Currently Forklift manual is still not widely used because of its use in workshop environments that still use conventional principles or the manner in pedal. Writer wanted to know is it possible to create a vehicle that is effective, efficient at low cost and use. Manual forklift prototype design is done by designing the form of fourwheel vehicles, as well as two wheels in the front as the anchoring point total weight. Equipment-equipment that is planned in the design prototype manual forklift with a lifting capacity of 200 kg this is trampling on the crank driving force of 2800.2612 N. In the prototype, there are two parts forklift maintenance carried out, the planned maintenance (Planned Maintenance) and treatment unplanned (Unplanned Maintenance), elements that must be considered is the frame (chassis), chains and sprockets, shafts, bearings, gear reduction and welding strength.
