Often seen and have experienced events where the utilization of electrical energy not used optimally, especially in residences makes some reason want to know what will happen if it is continuously. Is the loads remains electrified during standby or off can permeate the power? Measurements of power load attached the purpose is to determine how much power is permeate from the standby loads. From the result of measurements which has been conducted on residential house with power rates R-1 900VA, 1300 VA, and 2200 VA obtained results that indicate that proves the loads that do not use or standby loads affects the cost of electrical energy consumption still permeate the power and energy with an average absorption of> 1% of the existing power supply.
