Abstract

TCS230 COLOR SENSOR APPLICATION ON LINE FOLLOWER ROBOT CONTROL SYSTEM PALENSYAH PRATAMA PUTRA This final report describes the application of TCS230 color sensor on the robot control system LineFollower. In general LineFollower is a robot that can follow a line that is supported by a range of electronic components that are equipped with wheels and is moved by a motor. The purpose and benefits of the final report is expected to know the working principle of the sensor TCS230 as control of the robot LineFollower crossing colored lines. When the robot LineFollower crossing colored lines, the sensor will read the color levels were detected in the track, the result or the output of the color sensor is processed by the microcontroller ATMega 8535, and his speed will be displayed on the LCD, if the TCS230 color sensor on the robot passes the black line microcontroller will instruct the driver to drive the DC motor quickly, whereas when the blue line that passes through the microcontroller ordered menggerakkkan DC motor driver normally and the green line passes saaat microcontroller then ordered the driver to drive a DC motor slowly.
