Abstract
Laporan Akhir ini berjudul “Perancangan Sistem Persediaan Barang Berbasis Microsoft Access dan Google Drive pada Toko Bunda Muara Enim” yang bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pencatatan stok barang secara elektronik. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah sistem pengelolaan stok barang, dengan sampel berupa data transaksi barang masuk dan keluar tahun 2022–2024.Metode pengumpulan dan analisis data menggunakan metode ADDIE. Hasilnya, sistem mampu mencatat transaksi barang masuk dan keluar, menghasilkan laporan stok bulanan dan tahunan, serta menyimpan dokumen-dokumen melalui Google Drive. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas operasional stok barang pada UMKM. Kata Kunci: Persediaan Barang, operasional, Microsoft Access, Google Drive, UMKM.
