Abstract

Has created the design of sea water distillation unit based on PLC Schneider Zelio SR02 B121BD Using Sensor DS1820 As Temperature Detector. This tool use PLC Schneider Zelio SR02 B121BD, microcontroller ATMega 8535, SRF04 volume sensor, DS1820 temperature sensor, and servo motor. This tool will work if SRF04 volume sensor read volume water in tank lower 5cm (<5cm),the control IC ATMega 8535 give data logic to PLC Zelio Smart Relay for activate motion water pump and then if SRF04 volume sensor read volume water in tank upper 20cm (>20cm),the control IC ATMega 8535 give data logic to PLC Zelio Smart Relay for non activate motion water pump. Next, if DS1820 temperature sensor read temperature in tank lower 100 degree (<100 degree), the control IC ATMega 8535 give data logic to PLC Zelio Smart Relay for activate motion servo motor 180 degree (make stove turning with full power) and then if DS1820 temperature sensor read temperature in tank upper 100 degree (<100 degree), the control IC ATMega 8535 give data logic to PLC Zelio Smart Relay for activate motion servo motor 90 degree (make stove turning with half power).
