Abstract
Technology development is very rapid, it is marked by numerous inventions, development and application of new technologies that can be used in industry and households. In the measurement, the measuring instrument did not escape the application of digital technology. Measuring tool which was still manual, now many are using the digital system, so we have easy to read the value of the measurement results, and it is even more accurate than manual measurement tool, as shown in the form of numbers. Tool Usage Counters Digital Water taps using water flow sensor G1 / 2 to detect the rotation of water that produces electric current and emit a pulse output which then go into the microcontroller ATMega 16. In addition, it also uses a PC (Personal Computer) to display digital data and microcontroller ATMega 16 which has advantages in ADC port 8 channel 10-bit so that it can be directly connected to the sensor and on each port can be directly connected to the Bluetooth and IC DS1307 Real Time Clock. This tool also uses the Real Time Clock IC which serves to indicate the time and also to generate clock pulses according to the rotation of water that has been detected by the sensor. With this tool it is expected that the public can know the Debit, the volume, the price of water use that has been used by the time for use at home via computer or a PC (Personal Computer).
