Abstract
This final report describes how work and the application of the webcam and servo motors in making digital reflection microscopy using Arduino Uno microcontroller module as a processing media data. From the resulting data, the writers can drive servo motors, stepper motors, and adjust the lighting levels via a laptop. Webcam will detect existing images below and the results are displayed on a laptop. If the resulting image somewhat blurred then set the distance camera and illumination on the sample. To set the required a microcontroller which the tool is used Arduino Uno which has been connected to the laptop. Arduino Uno is a servo motor controller and LED arrays that depend on a given input of the laptop. When the tool is run servo motor will move the webcam by raising and lowering. The sample used in this digital microscope is a reflection of hibiscus leaves, pumpkin leaves, and red onion. From the measurement results are known enlargement that occurs in digital reflection microscope is 100 times. Angle servo motors with a focus on each sample is 96o, 97o,and 94o. difference angle to focus on each sample is caused by three factors: the thickness of the sample, a sample cleanliness, and precision servo motor rotation when the decline and raise the camera.
