According to Fadi Mazidah (2012) that the "Tool Usage Counters digital Water taps in Rupiah" ditampilan can use the LCD, which means to monitor the use of the water used can not be seen from a distance. As a development, the author will make a tool entitled "Use of Water Flow Sensor G ½ At Usage Counters Water taps In Rupiah Conversion Through PC (Personal Computer). This tool uses the Water Flow Sensor G ½ as a sensor that detects the flow rate of water and converted to counter the use of tap water, ATMega microcontroller 16 as the central control sensor, PC to display a view of dollars that have been converted from the sensor output, DS1307 real-time clock as a timer that indicating fraction of a second flow of water entering the sensor. In this tool, microcontroller ATMega 16 gets input from the Water Flow Sensor G ½ where the sensor will detect the speed of water flow which is converted into the amount of usage of water taps in the form of dollars and display it on a PC (Personal Computer). Keywords : water flow sensor G1/2 , ATMega Microcontroller IC 16 , IC DS1307 Real Time Clock
