Abstract
Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghitung Break Even Point (BEP) sebagai dasar dalam menyusun perencanaan laba pada UMKM Keripik Cek Ella. UMKM ini belum mengklasifikasikan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel secara jelas, sehingga menyulitkan dalam menentukan volume penjualan minimum untuk menghindari kerugian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Perhitungan dilakukan terhadap tiga produk utama, yaitu keripik kentang balado, keripik pisang cokelat, dan keripik singkong pedas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh produk telah berada di atas titik impas. Selain itu, Margin Of Safety (MOS) dan perencanaan laba untuk tahun 2025 juga dihitung sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan strategis. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran kepada pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya analisis BEP dalam perencanaan keuangan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan profitabilitas usaha.
