Wood supply for the timber industry continues to decline from year to year, along with the increasing needs of households for goods made of particle board. Alternative waste utilization harvesting results yuntuk replace wood particles are Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch which contains lignin (10.5 to 11.7%), hemicellulose (from 16.8 to 18.9%), cellulose (38 , 1 to 42.0%), and extractive substances (0.1 to 3%). This study aimed to find out the levels of adhesive as well as the type of adhesive that will mengkasilkan particle board according to the standard JIS A 5908-2003 that include physical and mechanical properties. This particle board used oftwo types of adhesive is wood adhesive liquid rubber and urea formaldehyde adhesive. For particle board with a liquid adhesive rubber wood, the best treatment is obtained with small doses of adhesive 25% where the results obtained on the density is 0.669, which is 10.53% water content, water absorption is 105.00, the development of thick and 27.67 , MOE is 7528 kg / cm2, MOR is 16.246 kg / cm2, Internal Bond is 0.0444 kg / cm2, and a strong grasp of the screws is 43.14 kg. As for the particle board with urea formaldehyde adhesive, the best treatment is obtained with 15% adhesive levels where the results obtained on the density is 0.628%, 10.70% water content, water absorption is 97.69%, the development of thick and 17, 53%, MOE is 954.96 kg / cm2, MOR 15.54 kg / cm2, Internal Bond is 0.0357 kg / cm2 and a strong grasp of the screws is 20.22 kg.
