Rice Straw is the waste that has not been widely used, so that in the relatively long time the existence of such waste makes the problem such as contamination. Rice straw has any lignocellulose high enough by 82,42% that can be in the degradation of being a more simple namely glucose as a source of the formation of bioetanol. The content of lignin in rice straw, the structure should be removed. In this study, the method used to degrade lignin is pretreatment with bleaching continued with a an enzymatic the hydrolysis of using an α-amilase enzymes and analyzed the use of a HPLC. The results showed that glucose levels highest produced by 0,6443 gr/L using H2O2 solution with the concentration of 3%. Keywords: Rice straw, Delignification, Lignin, Enzym, Glucose
