Abstract
Rancang Bangun Alat Sistem Pengering Bahan Pangan Biji-Bijian Berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT) FEMAS AZIGRA GUMAY 062130331089 JURUSAN TEKNIK ELEKTRO PROGRAM STUDI D-III TEKNIK TELEKOMUNIKASI POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA Rancang bangun alat sistem pengering bahan pangan biji-bijian berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas proses pengeringan. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai pusat kendali utama yang terhubung dengan sensor suhu dan kelembaban DHT22 untuk memantau kondisi lingkungan secara real-time. Data yang diperoleh dikirim ke platform IoT, memungkinkan pemantauan dan pengendalian jarak jauh melalui perangkat mobile atau komputer. Alat ini dilengkapi dengan pemanas dan kipas yang dikendalikan oleh relay untuk memastikan sirkulasi udara dan suhu optimal selama proses pengeringan. Antarmuka pengguna yang dilengkapi dengan LCD dan tombol input manual memudahkan pengguna dalam mengoperasikan dan mengontrol sistem secara langsung. Implementasi teknologi IoT dalam sistem ini memungkinkan peningkatan efisiensi energi dan waktu, serta memberikan fleksibilitas dalam pengelolaan proses pengeringan bahan pangan biji-bijian. Hasilnya adalah produk yang lebih kering dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dan risiko kerusakan yang lebih rendah selama penyimpanan. Kata Kunci: Pengering Bahan Pangan, Biji-Bijian, Internet Of Things (Iot) Design And Construction Of A Grain Foodstuff Drying System Based On The Internet Of Things (IoT) FEMAS AZIGRA GUMAY 062130331089 JURUSAN TEKNIK ELEKTRO PROGRAM STUDI D-III TEKNIK TELEKOMUNIKASI POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA The design of a grain food drying system tool based on the Internet of Things (IoT) aims to improve the efficiency and quality of the drying process. This system uses an ESP32 microcontroller as the main control center connected to a DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor to monitor environmental conditions in real time. The data obtained is sent to the IoT platform, allowing remote monitoring and control via a mobile device or computer. This tool is equipped with a heater and fan controlled by a relay to ensure optimal air circulation and temperature during the drying process. The user interface equipped with an LCD and manual input buttons makes it easy for users to operate and control the system directly. The implementation of IoT technology in this system allows for increased energy and time efficiency, as well as providing flexibility in managing the grain food drying process.
