Abstract

The design of the robot is done by varying the purpose of one of which was created a unique and exciting work which is the application of natural science. This is what underlies the design of amphibious robot with the ability to operate on land and in water. In the final project has been realized robot arm motion system design, pinning, moving the propeller using a DC motor as the controller uses IC L293D and servo motor as the driving-based microcontroller ATmega16. Used as a control arm up, down, take, remove the object and Bascom AVR program to facilitate in controlling the robot arm. Consisting of hardware and software, the hardware is a microcontroller Atmega 16 DC motor and motor driver IC L293D, as well as software microcontroller in the final report is built using Bascom AVR software. This system works after pressed the button T1, T2, T3 and T4 and the combination of all key buttons. The data that has been processed by a microcontroller will be sent to the IC L293D (DC motor driver circuit). After sending data to the DC motor driver, microcontroller controls the motion of the DC motor system. In addition amphibious robot can also operate in accordance with the given input using the remote control without wires as well as playing games.
