Abstract
QR Code is a matrix symbol which looks like cell structure which the shape controlled like a box. This Library Application connected to webserver using Java program language, Eclipse ADT, MySQL, and PHP to create Library Application an Android. The first we have to study about Java program language, Eclipse ADT and also to make webhost for Php and database. After we understanding and mastering the base of the language program, then finnaly make a plan and desain of the application we will make android.and that desain we implamented into pages on Android.
