Abstract
Perencanaan bangunan merupakan langkah pertama dalam proses pembangunan yang melibatkan desain arsitektur, analisis struktur, serta pemilihan bahan dalam tahap perencanaan dengan tujuan menghasilkan konstruksi yang aman dan memiliki fungsi optimal. Laporan ini membahas perencanaan Hanggar Depo Lokomotif Kertapati Wilayah Divre III Palembang. Hanggar ini direncanakan mengacu pada SNI 1727:2020 dan SNI 1729:2020. Material yang digunakan pada perencanaan ini adalah beton mutu fc’ 25 MPa, serta BjTS (420 MPa) dan BjTP (280 MPa) dan struktur baja BJ 37 dengan penampang HB 300.300.10.15 dan WF 250.125.6.9. Analisis struktur ini menggunakan software ETABS V18.1.0, yang mempertimbangkan kombinasi beban hidup, beban mati, dan beban angin. Hasil perhitungan struktur menjadi dasar penyusunan rencana anggaran biaya serta estimasi waktu pelaksanaan proyek.
