The title of the final report is “The Potency of Lematang Indah Waterfall as The Tourism Destination in Pagar Alam”. The purpose of this final report is to investigate whether Lematang Indah waterfall has potency as tourism destination in Pagar Alam or not. The data were collected by using observation. The result of the observation was that Lematang Indah Waterfall has potency to be a tourism destination. It caused of Lematang Indah Waterfall has fulfilled five elements of tourism include attraction, facilities, transportation, hospitality, and infrastructure. Lematang indah Waterfall has a beautiful panorama and has a historical value. After the writer finished this final report, the writer suggests the Lematang Indah Waterfall should be improved such as infrastructure of Lematang Indah Waterfall need to add the security parking system and security guard.
