Abstract
vi ABSTRACT PT Pertamina (Persero) Terminal Bahan Bakar Minyak(TBBM) is located on Jalan Lahat RE Martadinata No. Lahat K157. This company serves accepting, storage, sale, and distribution of fuel oil. In the receiving and storage of products, PT Pertamina (Persero) Terminal Bahan Bakar Minyak (TBBM) Lahat used land transportation with a series of oil train, also known as Rail Tank Wagon (RTW). PT Pertamina (Persero) Terminal Bahan Bakar Minyak (TBBM) Lahat has unit in processing data responbility on acceptance realization of RTW (Rail Tank Wagon). The unit is Receiving and Storage Division. The aim of this application is to build a integrated acceptance realization of RTW (Rail Tank Wagon) application on PT Pertamina (Persero) Terminal Bahan Bakar Minyak (TBBM) Lahat with PHP Language and MySQL databases and ease to processing data of acceptance realization of RTW (Rail Tank Wagon). The methods in collecting data to build this application are interview and observation. This application can be a solution for the staff to processing data of acceptance realization of RTW (Rail Tank Wagon).
