Abstract
Zidam II / SWJ Palembang is the body in charge of organizing the national defense construction activities, destruction, Real Estate, Material Engineers and Nubika passive in order to support the Regional Military II / Sriwijaya. In the data processing Retired Civil Servants and Military still managed using Microsoft Office Word software. In terms of data processing Retirement as it was still to be classified personnel will enter the Retirement Preparation Period (MPP) by way of reopening the file list of personnel who have entered the Retirement Preparation Period (MPP). In addition to data storage is less reliable because the data processing is managed pension of more than one Si Tuud. In response, the authors feel the need to create an application that can assist in managing the data Retirement. The research methods used were interviews, observation, analysis of documents and literature studies as well as using the waterfall method.
