Abstract
Ai'syah, Neta F. 2015. Application Data Processing Officer at the Department of Forestry Ogan Ogan Ilir. Data processing personnel at the Department of Forestry Ogan Ogan Ilir still using Microsoft Office software whose function is not yet particularly in view of the processing of employee data, which includes employee data, a data list ranks sequence, the data leave a letter and letters or official duties and making monthly attendance report has not been automated. This will certainly hamper and require a long time in processing the data. Therefore, the authors feel the need to build an application that is more effective and efficient with the aim of getting an application personnel data processing take place there. In addition, application development is expected to provide benefits to the Polytechnic of Sriwijaya in order to become a reference of knowledge in the field of the Information Technology for all other students. The research methods used were interviews, observation, and document analysis. In developing the system the author uses the method waterfall (waterfall). The results of this study in the form of Application Data Processing Officer at the Department of Forestry Ogan Ogan Ilir using the programming language PHP and MySQL database.
