Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor derajat desentralisasi, budgetary solvency ratio dan rasio pertumbuhan terhadap financial distress pemerintah provinsi di Sumatera. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yaitu Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) yang diperoleh melalui website BPK RI pada tahun 2018-2022. Populasi yang digunakan meliputi LHP pemerintah provinsi di Sumatera dengan total 10 provinsi tahun anggaran 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, semua anggota populasi diambil sebagai sampel, sehingga unit pengamatan dalam peneitian ini sebanyak 50. Penelitian ini menggunakan software Eviews 12 dalam mengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial derajat desentralisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress, sedangkan budgetary solvency ratio secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress dan rasio pertumbuhan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Secara simultan derajat desentralisasi, budgetary solvency ratio dan rasio pertumbuhan berpengaruh terhadap financial distress sebesar 24,52%.
