Abstract

The Application of Document Requirement List at Department Site Document Control PT Timas Suplindo Project NPK-Fusion is application which is built to help the employee of Department Site Document Control to sharing the document also connected in for every construction department and department Document Control of Pusri. Department Site Document Control as the main admin for this system can process and show the information for another users, show the report that will gave for Project Manager of PT Timas Suplindo. This application is built with PHP Programming language and MySQL database. The Application of Document Requirement List expected to ease the performance the users especially for the employee of Department Site Document Control to process the construction document of NPK-Fusion Fabrication Pusri Palembang
