Abstract
The purpose of writing of the final report of this is making an application data processing the target monthly performance employees at the central bureau of statistics kabupaten muara enim which includes the management process data distribution data ipds, balance sheet data, social data data an administration, data realized the target and the process of the achievement of the target performance.A process used for mendesaian systems is to design using data flow diagram ( dfd ) and used a programming language as well as the php mysql database.The application of data processing the target monthly performance employees have some form of login like form all the user; form home each user; form the data distribution form ipds, data form the balance, data form social data data form an administration, form the target data performance be realized, and form the achievement of the employee performance.Building on the application of data processing the target monthly performance employees this in hope will be simplify and improve the interaction of civil servants and sub of administration for employees or effectiveness in obtaining information the achievement of the target of the employee performance
