Abstract
The title of this final report is "The Data Processing Apllication at Klinik Yayasan Amil Zakat Pusri (YAZRI) Palembang Web-Based". Data collected through observation or research and interviews with clinic administration of YAZRI Palembang. Processing of clinical data such as patient registration data, patient data, physician data, member data, drug data, supplier data drugs, drug data entrance and exit drug data is still done manually so that the patient registration process becomes ineffective and not efisien, and data processing drugs to the process of making the recipe, as well as reporting to the Clinic Manager may take some time. From these problems, the authors aimed to build an application that can support the processing of patient data, drug data, physicians, and suppliers so that more effective and efficient. Builders clinical data processing applications using the PHP programming language with MySQL database
