Abstract
Applications Recruiting New Employees at PT Trans Ice Baskin Robbins is an application that serves as a means to recruit new employees to become permanent employees. This application is built to facilitate the applicants and PT Trans Ice in the process of hiring new employees. Users in this application is divided into two, namely the applicant and the store manager (admin). Admin can perform data input and data about the types of problems, selecting the applicant's application and the data obtained test scores of applicants. Applicants can register with the input of personal data of applicants, send data application, answer the question psychological test, basic engineering capabilities, and certification, see the status and the personal data of applicants. But the process of the interview conducted outside of these applications because the test is done face-to-face interviews between applicants and store leaders. Applications Recruiting New Employees at PT Trans Baskin Robbins Ice Palembang is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database
