Abstract
State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya, formerly named the Polytechnic University of Sriwijaya was officially opened on 20th of September 1982. State Polytechnic Sriwijaya having a technology system that has been growing rapidly. General data processing has been computerized well, but there are data processing systems associated with data processing Report by the Home School Student GPA PMDK Line-PN at Polytechnic of Sriwijaya still done simply so less activity was inhibited in knowing Report by origin a GPA students schools each semester to monitor the students' academic value and see a graph of the increase or decrease school students who enroll as a student at the Polytechnic of Sriwijaya PMDKPN. In connection with that, to facilitate users or employees, the academic part must have an application that serves to recap Report IP / GPA student by the Home School Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. Due to this, the authors feel the need to create an Application Report of GPA based Home School Students are expected to tackle the problems faced by academic administrative officer. In this regard, the authors prepare the Final Report entitled Application Report of GPA based Home School Student Entrance PMDK-PN Polytechnic of Sriwijaya.
