Abstract

The title of this final report is "The Application of Web Mobile Information at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Musi Palembang". The method used is interview, observation, and analysis of documents as well as using RUP (Rational Unified Process) in system development methods. This way of running for the unavailability of community facilities, especially customers PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang and seek to convey information about the PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang quickly. Therefore, PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang need an application that can assist in improving the information services. This application program consists of pages of information bill, new installations and information filing a complaint. By using the programming language WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) and MySQL database.
