Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to find out the influence of perceived quality toward purchasing decision of Hi-Tec-C pen brand on students of Business Administration Polsri. The primary data is obtained from the questionnaire given to the 53 respondens at Business Administration by using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. There are 6 indicator of perceived quality toward purchasing decision of Hi-Tec-C pen brand.It is found that the influence of six indicators of perceived quality is 69%. while, 31% was influenced by another variables out of perceived quality. The result showed that Beta for performance 30,3%, endurance 28,2%, reliability 33,7%,characteristic product 7,3%, compatibility with specification 24,9% and result 21,1%. It is recommended that to make a strategics which could maintain the perceived were in line with customer expectation by viewing performance from this product, endurance of the strong of pen and durability,product characteristic more interesting and more complete than another brand,the specification was more tested, until get the result from all of quality which customer’s hope.
