Abstract
This report describes the motivation of employees who work in PT Tri Trans Wijaya Palembang. In this report the authors used observations as well as distributing questionnaires to all employees as much as 20 samples. Of this report, the authors obtained the largest percentage for any requirement contained in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory that encourages employees to work, because there are 88% of respondents agree that the physiological needs can encourage employees to work to enjoy a decent life. Then there is the 92% of respondents agreed that the necessary security and completeness of their facilities to encourage employees to work, except that there are 83% of respondents agree because they hope will be well received to work in PT Tri Trans Wijaya Palembang. Then there is the 65% of respondents agree that they are working with the urge to get a good reputation in the community and 87% of respondents agreed that encouragement appeared to work to be able to apply these skills to promote the company. Therefore, the authors suggest that employees must maintain good performance so that all needs can be met and the company should also be able to carry the full responsibility to the rights of employees which is a requirement of all employees of PT Tri Trans Wijaya Palembang.
