Abstract
Any changes to the Regulation Of The Minister Of Cooperative and Small and Medium Business Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2008 regarding Guidelines for Health Assessment Unit Credit Unions and Savings and Loans Cooperative became Minister of State for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Business of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 /Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009, became the basis for the study by comparing the results of the rating of the Primer Koperasi Kartika Benteng Emas Palembang. The type of data used by the author is secondary data that the company's activities, organizational structure, general history of the company, as well as financial statements consisting of balance sheet, income statement in 2012, 2013, 2014. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that the Financial Performance and Soundness Primer Koperasi Kartika Benteng Emas Palembang in 2014 there is a difference. Wherein based on the calculation PERMENEG KUKM RI Number 20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2008 Financial Results expressed Less Healthy. While the calculation is based on PERMENEG KUKM RI Number 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009 declared Simply Health. The authors suggest to the Primer Koperasi Kartika Benteng Emas Palembang to use the calculation of PERMENEG KUKM RI Number 20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2008 in order to Primer Koperasi Kartika Benteng Emas Palembang can be motivated to improve its financial performance.
