Abstract

The purpose of this report is to investigate the trainning to growth of service excellence on Cashier PT FastFood Indonesia, Tbk (KFC International Plaza) .Manage human resources is not easy, because the humans have a different characteristic. So the employees are given a spesiffic program like as a training. The subject of this report is PT FastFood Indonesia, Tbk (KFC International Plaza) at Jl. Sudirman No. 147 and the object is service excellence of cashier. The writer use interview technique, observation, questioner and study literature to collecting the data from PT FastFood Indonesia, Tbk (KFC International Plaza). PT FastFood Indonesia, Tbk is a company that operate in Restaurant FastFood A cashier has a function in sercvice excellence. The company give methode trainning by in service trainning in spesific section for cashier As we know that every company or institution have to apply the trainning method to their employees. In this case, PT FastFood Indonesia, Tbk (KFC International Plaza) apply in service trainning to growth service excellence and this method is not really effective because skill just for the section cashier not for all employees. In case, cashier who get a trainning, they don’t operate by procedure of service excellence. It’s make effect in service the cashie. Then writer give suggestion which possible for company about trainning method that can be used by PT FastFood Indonesia, Tbk (KFC International Plaza), it’s called in service trainning generally and the other suggestion to growth service the cashier by monitoring from Duty Manager and give a punishment if they don’t operate by procedure to cashier who get a trainning.
