Abstract

The title of this final report is the procedure Repression and Violation Settlement Stamps Excise in Regional Office of Directorate General of Customs and Excise Southern Sumatera. The purpose of this final report was to determine the excise stamps of data breach and to determine the repression and settlement procedures of violation of excise stamps are already well done. Results of this final report obtained from the interview and literature that describes the repression and settlement procedures gradually violations by using descriptive qualitative analysis. The result discussed violations of excise stamps and enforcement procedures and completion. The conclusion of this report state the process of action should be face, if one process is not executed properly, so the officer will obstacles to further process. Suggestion from the authors should be add number of the officers to be more effective and to maintain protect officers themselves
