Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to determine more clearly than the application of archive storage system used by officers of the administration of the Department of business administration State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. to find out what equipment and supplies used in the archival storage and what is with the system that's been used effectively to make way for the rediscovery of the archive. to get the data from these institutions, the author uses the method of collecting the data of observation and interviews. to analyze the data results report authors use qualitative and quantitative methods. the results of the research were obtained that the archival storage system used by officers of the Administration Department of the subject system using pattern classification as Setup, yet its complete equipment used that is a form of borrowing that led to lost Archives Archives and yet effective in the rediscovery of the archive that resulted in the rediscovery of the archive takes 2-4 minutes and rate accuracy 0.6% and the average time of the rediscovery of the archival 2.6 minutes.The author suggests the Administration Department officers should complete the loan form the archive, better understand and understand about the archive storage systems and procedures re-discovery archive so that it is in the process of rediscovery archive will be more easy, fast and the time required does not exceed 1 minute.
