Abstract

This research aim to know the perception of consumer in the desire of re-buy Bakso Granat Mas Azis Palembang. This research used primary data by spreading questionnaire approximately 35 responden who did re-buy at Bakso Granat Mas Azis Palembang. Based on the research result of perception the consumer in the desire of re-buy is very well, with finded that dimension of performance is 79,14%, dimension of service is 82,86%, dimension of endurance is 82%, dimension of reliability is 84,56%, dimension of product characteristics is 82%, dimension of suitability with specification is 79,14%, and the result is 82,08%. The average of that percentage is 82,08% althought still have the response of the consumer toward negative. Our suggestion is that the owner of bakso granat can improve some dimension which still get negative response.
