Abstract

Laporan akhir ini berjudul Penyusunan Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi pada UMKM Lis Songket Silungkang. Tujuan penulisan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui unsur unsur biaya produksi yang membentuk harga pokok produksi serta menghitung harga pokok produksi pada UMKM Lis Songket Silungkang. Penulis melakukan penyusunan perhitungan harga pokok produksi berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada periode November 2025. Data diperoleh melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan secara langsung pada UMKM Lis Songket Silungkang. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, penulis melakukan pengelompokan biaya produksi yang meliputi biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, dan biaya overhead pabrik. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode Job Order Costing untuk produk rok songket, baju songket, dan selendang songket. Penyusunan perhitungan harga pokok produksi ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM dalam mengetahui biaya produksi secara lebih akurat, menentukan harga jual yang sesuai, serta meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan usaha.
