Abstract
The technology is developing very helping people work mainly in office work. Office work which uses one of them is an electronic archive. PT. AT. Oceanic Offshore is one of the companies that have used technology and implement electronic filing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of electronic records on the performance of employees at PT. AT. Oceanic Offshore. This research method used explanatory research. The sample was employees who use electronic archives and works everyday use computers. The results showed that there are significant use of electronic records on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Variable shrinkage has the most dominant influence on employee performance.
