Abstract
Influence of Profitability, liquidity and leverage Influencing Dividend Policy on Basic Industry and Chemical Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2013 Basyariah Pratiwi, 2015 (xiv + 44 pages) E-mail: basyariahpratiwi04@gmail.com The purpose of this research is to find the influence of variable ROA, CR and DER toward DPR. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with criteria (1) The Company's basic industry and chemical companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. (2) The Company's always distribute cash dividends consecutively during the observation period 2010-2013. (3) The Company's basic and chemical industries for which data is complete in accordance with the ratio of data needed Based on these criteria earned sample of 13 companies from 63 companies during the observation period of 4 years on the basis of industrial and chemical companies. In this study, a tool used to manage data is SPSS 20. These results indicate that the partial of ROA variables (X1) does not influenced to DPR variable (Y). While,variables CR and DER significant influenced to variabel DPR (Y). Simultaneously variable X influenced to variable Y. Predictive ability of the three variable X to variable Y by 16,4%, as indicated by the R-square, while the remaining 83,6% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this research model
