Abstract

Perencanaan Ruas Jalan Desa Tanjung Raja – Desa Segamit Kabupaten Muara Enim Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, merupakan akses utama masyarakat yang mendukung mobilitas penduduk serta distribusi hasil perkebunan. Kondisi jalan yang berliku, dengan tikungan yang tajam dan berada pada medan perbukitan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lalu lintas, diperoleh nilai Lalu Lintas Harian Rata – rata (LHR) sebesar 9.999,523 SMP/hari. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan panjang jalan 7.425 m dengan kategori Jalan Kolektor Kelas II dengan lebar jalan 7 m, bahu jalan 1,5 m, serta tipe jalan 2/2 TT dan kecepatan rencana 60 km/jam. Perencanaan Geometrik pada Alinyement Horizontal terdiri dari 11 tikungan yang mencakup 5 tikungan Full Circle (FC) dan 6 tikungan Spiral-Circle-Spiral (SCS). Untuk desain alinyemen vertikal, direncanakan 79 lengkung vertikal yang mencakup 40 lengkung vertikal cembung dan 39 lengkung vertikal cekung. Struktur perkerasan kaku direncanakan menggunakan mutu beton FS 4,5 MPa. Struktur perkerasan terdiri dari pelat beton setebal 20 cm, lapisan lean mix concrete setebal 10 cm, lapisan fondasi atas menggunakan agregat kelas A dengan ketebalan 15 cm. Dimensi saluran samping yang digunakan adalah U-Ditch dengan ukuran 100 x 100 x 120 cm. Box Culvert berukuran 200 x 150 cm dengan ketebalan dinding 23 cm, yang berjumlah 10 unit box culvert. Total biaya pembangunan jalan yang ditetapkan dalam Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sebesar Rp 80.247.038.463 (Delapan Puluh Miliar Dua Ratus Empat Puluh Tujuh Juta Tiga Puluh Delapan Ribu Empat Ratus Enam Puluh Tiga Rupiah) dengan jadwal penyelesaian selama 229 hari kerja.
