Abstract
ABSTRACT The Influence of Capital Structure and Growth of Company to Value of Company at The Mining Company Orientika Lia Ningrum, 2015, Accounting, State Polytechnic Of Sriwijaya ( xv+50 Pages ) Email : Orientika22@gmail.com This research aims to test the influence of capital structure and company growth partially and simultaneously to value of company on the mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2013. The data used is panel data. The analysis technique used are descriptive analysis, classical assumptions test, multiple linear regression test and statistic test (hypothesis). Based on the test results, it can be concluded that partially capital structure negative and significant effect to value of company, while growth of company positive and significant effect to value of company. Simultaneously, capital structure and growth of company positive and significant effect to value of company. The ability of both variables to predict value of company is 41.4%, while the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.
