Abstract

Perancangan gedung Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) Fathona Muara Enim bertujuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas sekolah yang bernuansa islami tanpa mengubah nilai pendidikan didalamnya. Proyek ini melibatkan perancangan struktur gedung bertingkat dengan menggunakan standar yang telah ditetapkan untuk merancang konstruksi secara nasional, serta menggunakan aplikasi permodelan struktur untuk analisis elemen struktural utama seperti, pelat, kolom, balok, dan pondasi dan menggunakan baja profil sebagai struktur utama. Metode perhitungan mencakup pembebanan berdasarkan SNI, analisis momen dan gaya geser, serta perancangan baja struktural untuk memastikan kekuatan dan keamanan struktur. Selain aspek teknis, laporan ini juga membahas manajemen proyek yang mencakup perhitungan biaya, volume pekerjaan, analisa harga satuan, serta perencanaan durasi pelaksanaan konstruksi. Hasil dari perhitungan biaya diperoleh senilai Rp.9.641.376.873,12 dan waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam penyelesaian proyek selama 105 hari keria.
