Abstract
ABSTRACT Inventory and distribution applications now become an indispensable thing in a company to operate in an effort to improve employee performance. Associated with the operation of heavy equipment and goods in the enterprise project using the inventory and distribution applications of course is inseparable from the problems that occur as disturbance damage even the most feared was losing both access device (soft and hard) until the application inventory itself. The research methods used were interviews and observation. The results of this study can form Application Inventory and distribution of heavy equipment and project goods at PT Budi Bakti Prima Palembang.
