Abstract
The Effect of Profitability Ratio to the Stock Price at Banking Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Fatma Herdiana, 2015 (xiv + 47 pages) fatmaherdiana@ymail.com This research was a purpose to provide empirical evident about profitability ratio that effect to the stock price at banking company. The profitability ratios in this research were Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Return on Assets as independent variables and Stock Price as dependent variable. The samples of this research are 12 banking company that being active and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2013. Moreover, it is chosen by purposive sampling whereas it is based on some criteria. The statistic method used to test on the research hypothesis is multiple linier regression method. The result shows that Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Return on Assets simultaneously are significant variables in prediction the stock price which will be traded. This research also indicated that Return on Equity partially is not significant variable in prediction the stock price which will be traded.
