Abstract
ABSTRACT The Analysis of Influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Price to Book Value to Stock Price on The Food and Beverage Companies Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange Noviani Aulia, 2015, Akuntansi, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya ( xv+70 Pages ) Email : Novianiaulia@ymail.com This research aims to test whether Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Price to Book Value simultaneously and partially to stock price on the food and beverage companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013. The data used is panel data. The analysis technique used is the anlysis dscriptive, classical assumptions test, multiple linear regression and statistic test (hypothesis). Based on the test result, it can be concluded that partially Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) positive and significant impact to stock price, while Price to Book Value (PBV) not positive and significant impact to stock price. Simultaneously, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) positive and significant impact to stock price. The ability of the three variables to predict the price stock was 68% while the remaining 31,8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.
